Republicans Leah Vukmir and Kevin Nicholson are in a dead heat going into today’s primary, which will decide who will run against incumbent Democrat U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin. There is a competitive race to see which nominees will meet each other in November to decide who will replace House Speaker Paul Ryan in the First congressional district.
