An Eau Claire man accused of domestic and animal abuse is facing charges after turning himself in. Authorities say Tywaine Robertson threatened to attack a woman with a baseball bat before leaving a home with a dog.
The dog was later found vomiting and lethargic and died-they are still investigating what happened to the dog.
