The former executive director of the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center is facing trial on a sexual assault charge.
Ben Richgruber entered a not guilty plea yesterday morning to third degree sexual assault. He resigned his position in February after he was charged in connection with two unwanted sexual acts that allegedly took place inside his office in June 2016.
