It’s a corn field, not a maze, sir! Did you hEAR? A man is in custody after a chase by officers through Eau Claire-area cornfields.
Officers say 32 year old Brandon Pember was caught on surveillance stealing a truck. That kernel of a bad decision lead to the chase down Curvue Road and into the corn fields. Police say the man abandoned the truck and ran before being harvested ….er, caught.
