We have an update in an officer involved case in Clark County: The Wisconsin DOJ was brought in to investigate and the result is that no charges are being filed against a Clark County sheriff’s deputy and a police officer in the town of Loyal after a suspect involved in a high-speed chase died.
The Clark County DA’S office made that determination in the case of Deputy Nicholas Klemm and Officer Jacob Schar. The two were reportedly involved in an accident where the driver, Kelly Abbott, exchanged gunfire with officers after the chase in the area of Black River Falls back in May
