Another lawsuit is being filed in Wisconsin by a person who was apparently sickened by a Del Monte food tray. The suit was filed last week in Brown County by someone who says he purchased two Del Monte vegetable trays at a Kwik Trip in Green Bay.
Two other suits have been filed since the veggie trays were recalled, one here in Eau Claire County and another in Minnesota.
