Here in local politics it’s an issue of….Now what?
The City of Eau Claire is considering its next step after city council president Kerry Kincaid resigned suddenly last week. Several different options are under consideration, including filling the vacancy with a council member, they could also leave the position open and have the current vice president act as an interim chair until the next election. A third option would be filling the position with an outside candidate. Council members will be discussing the options at next week’s meeting.
