A man accused of threatening to kill estranged family members at a high school graduation ceremony is facing charges in Monroe County court.
Benjamin Sidie was in court yesterday on charges of making terrorist threats and disorderly conduct. He was arrested in Iowa in the end of May after making threats over text messages and talking about getting into a “suicide by cop” situation at the Sparta High School graduation.
The ceremony has been rescheduled.
