The gavel has dropped and a State Supreme Court ruling is a victory for the City of Eau Claire.
The court voted five to two yesterday morning in favor of the city in a case involving funding for the Pablo Center at the Confluence. The city’s assistant attorney says Eau Claire officials were confident that they’d acted within the bounds of the law in using tax incremental financing for the project.
