A Marquette University volleyball player’s jersey is making a big splash on the market.
Allie Beers wears number six and is a Wisconsin native coming from Slinger in Washington County. Currently a freshman, she told the Journal Sentinel she learned on social media her “Six Beers” jersey was one of the top sellers on the NIL Store. Beers told the newspaper she had the number throughout high school and didn’t really think about it until recently. She’ll be playing her first match with the Golden Eagles on Monday in Milwaukee against the Texas Longhorns.
