Bond is being set for a former Eau Claire special education teacher charged in a child sex abuse case.
Nadia Horn was an educator at North High School and was arrested earlier this year on accusations that she sexually assaulted a child. She had been free on bond, but was taken back into custody with the recent filing of charges related to the discovery of another victim. A 100-thousand-dollar signature bond was set on Tuesday.
