Wisconsin football is hosting its Week 1 game against Notre Dame, but not at Camp Randall.
Instead, they’ll be doing it in Lambeau Field. Head coach Luke Fickell says it’s an awesome opportunity for fans and many players from in state who grew up as Packers fans. Preparations are being made and, if all goes well, this could be the first of many games the Badgers play in Green Bay. Packers President and CEO Ed Policy says the university and the Packers tried to make a game happen in 2020, but it was postponed due to COVID and they have collaborated on ways to have even more events there.
