Officials are sharing the name of a young horse and buggy operator who died after a recent collision.
The accident happened this past Friday in the Town of York. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says it appears the operator failed to stop at a stop sign and entered an intersection where the buggy was hit by a pickup truck. The buggy’s operator, 18-year-old Eli Miller, suffered fatal injuries. No one else was hurt.
