Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley is reentering the Democratic primary for Wisconsin governor.
This comes after Lieutenant Governor Sara Rodriguez announced she was ending her campaign on Friday, citing campaign finance issues. Crowley had dropped out less than two weeks ago and endorsed Rodriguez before announcing he would jump back into the race. State Democrats will choose their nominee in the August 11th primary to succeed Governor Evers, who is not seeking reelection.
