Democratic candidate Sara Rodriguez has dropped out of the race for Wisconsin governor.
Rodriguez posted the announcement on social media Friday morning. This news comes after she fired her campaign manager earlier this week after donations were apparently double-counted, and her campaign having “hundreds of thousands of dollars” less than she thought. She discovered the problem when TV stations didn’t run her ads due to not being paid. The primary takes place on August 11th.
