Charges are being filed against a suspect apprehended after a shots-fired incident in Eau Claire.
Police responded Sunday evening to an area near West Madison Street and Oxford Avenue. Witnesses say that 29-year-old Raymond Ramirez had been drinking under a bridge when he pointed a gun at another man’s dog and the two began to argue. Ramirez fired and hit the side of a Dollar General store. He was arrested on charges including Endangering Safety – Going Armed While Intoxicated as officers continue to try to identify the other person involved.
