Contractors replacing the roof of an Onalaska American Legion post are helping to cover the cost of the project.
First American Roofing and Siding is performing the work at Struck-Klandrud American Legion Post 336. On Saturday, they presented the post with a check for 53-thousand dollars. The total cost of the project has not been reported.
