On This Day…

Hello. Welcome to your day!

The week can sometimes feel long and stressful, so each Saturday morning we like to relax a bit and take a short, lighter “scroll down memory lane.”

It’s just a look back at some of the events that have happened along the way to before we head into a new day.

So, grab your favorite sippin’ drink and let’s see what has happened to lead us here.

Today is Saturday, April 10th, the 100th day of the year.  There are 265 days until the end of the year.

On this day:

In 2010, a plane carrying Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and a number of Polish government officials crashed while landing at a military airport in Russia.  A total of 96 people were on board the plane.  There were no survivors.  Pilot error was blamed for the crash.
