Plates Violation Leads To Drug Arrest

A traffic stop for not having a front license plate lands three people from Necedah in jail.

The Juneau County Sheriff’s Office says the three were stopped on Highway 21 in Cutler Township Wednesday afternoon and a K-9 Officer named Timo alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle.  A search found not only drugs but 45-thousand-dollars in cash.  Jeffrey Hatfield, Lisa Jamison and Richard Jones all face charges that include possession of cocaine, fentanyl and morphine with the intent to deliver.
