The D.A. in Barron County says a mom there offered her young daughter to an accused sex offender in exchange for drugs and cash.
Prosecutors filed child trafficking charges against 34-year-old Amanda Eyman from Cameron. Investigators say she offered her daughter, who is younger than 10, to 34-year-old Paul Osterman back in 2019. Osterman is facing charges in two other Wisconsin counties for attempting to rape underage girls. He has not been charged in Barron County yet.
