One of the two men accused of a double murder in Rusk County is trying a mental illness defense.
Joseph Falk was in court yesterday and changed his plea to not guilty by mental disease or defect. The judge in the case ordered an evaluation. Falk, Adam Rosolowski, and an unnamed 16-year-old are charged with killing Rosolowski’s grandparents back in June.
