Eau Claire Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a stabbing suspect.
Eau Claire Police are seeking to locate 46 year old Tony L. Carothers after a physical altercation led to a stabbing during the early morning hours of January, 14th 2021.
At 1:22 am, officers responded to a local hospital for a report of a stabbing. It was reported that the victim was inside of a residence on the 1600 block of Whipple St. when Carothers entered unexpectedly. After Carothers was asked to leave repeatedly, a physical altercation ensued, resulting in the victim being stabbed.
