The Health Department is offering a free flu shot to children and youth (ages 6 months- 18 years) at upcoming community drive-thru flu clinics.
Drive-thru flu clinics will be held:
• Saturday, October 24th from 10am-3pm at the Augusta Community Center in Augusta
• Saturday, November 7th from 10am-3pm at the YMCA Indoor Sports Center (Soccer Parking Lot) in Eau Claire.
To prepare ahead of time print, fill out, and complete paperwork in advance. Bring it with you to the clinic. Find it here:
