Wisconsin’s governor will decide if having sex with an animal should be a felony.
The State Assembly on Tuesday approved a measure to bump-up bestiality charges to a felony in the state. State Senator Andre Jacque pushed the idea after someone in his part of the state was caught molesting a horse.
Anyone convicted of having sex with an animal would face a maximum of 12-years in prison and would have to register as a sex offender.
