A conservative legal group is threatening to sue the Madison School District.
Reports say the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty told the district Wednesday it has 45 days to change a policy involving gender identity. The organization claims the current policy doesn’t allow parents to find out from schools if their kids are transitioning genders. The organization says parents have a right to be involved in their kids’ decision making.
