The first of about 400 Wisconsin National Guardsmen are back in Wisconsin.
Nearly 200 troops with the 2nd Battalion, 127th Infantry, the Red Arrow troops, returned home on Friday. They spent almost a year on the ground in Afghanistan. Another 200 or so troops are still in Texas. There’s no word when they’ll be back in Wisconsin.
