A second man accused of plotting to kidnap, rape, and kill a woman in Trempealeau County is pleading guilty.
Court records claim Ryan Gunderson taped a conversation he had with Chase Anderson where they talked about the plan. The plan was stopped when Gunderson was shot by police after reportedly pointing a gun at an officer last October. Anderson pleaded guilty in the case earlier this year and Gunderson pleaded guilty this week.
He pleaded guilty to five of 14 charges against him and he faces nearly 60 years in prison.
