Thousands of protestors demand action on environmental issues as part of the Global Climate Strike at the state capital.
Activists marched yesterday from the capitol building to the Madison Gas and Electric building where they demanded the company convert to using clean energy sources within the next ten years. They also want the governor to declare a state of climate emergency. The march in Madison was just one of hundreds of protests around the world as part of the Global Climate Strike movement.
