The hope is Lake Como will not just be better looking, but that the lake will be healthier.
Neighbors with the Bloomer Lake Association picked-up a lake skimmer this month to help clear reeds and plants that grow under the lake’s surface. The hope is to keep vegetation from snapping boat motors. But, neighbors say the skimmer will also help the lake look much better.
