SAFETY “CLICKS” WITH WI DRIVERS

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says Wisconsin drivers are being safer.

The DOT says 90 percent of Wisconsin drivers wear their seatbelt.  That’s better than the 26 percent that wore their seatbelt when the state’s first seatbelt law went into effect in 1987.  The DOT says the most people who don’t wear their seatbelts are men between 18 and 35-years-old and truck drivers.
