Two of three men accused of raping an intoxicated woman in Eau Claire are taking plea deals to avoid jail time.
Alexi Gloodt and Alexander Pinero were both charged with felony sexual assault but they recently pleaded guilty to have the charge reduced to a misdemeanor. A third suspect has already been put on probation in the case.
