A St. Croix County man convicted of shooting his son last year is getting a new trial.
A judge yesterday ordered prosecutors to try and make their case against Kayle Fleischauer once again. There are questions about juror misconduct in his original trial. Police say Fleischauer was drunk and shot his son in April of 2018. Fleischauer has said all along his son accidentally shot himself. The new trial is set for February.
