Prosecutors in Chippewa County say there’s a reason why they are charging a 10-year-old girl with intentional first degree homicide in the death of a six-month-old.
The D.A. upgraded the charges this week against the girl accused of killing six-month-old Jaxon Hunter last October. Prosecutors say the medical examiner’s report shows several kicks to the little boy’s head, not just one. Police say the little girl knew what she was doing and intentionally killed the baby.
