An Eau Claire teenager is charged with sexually assaulting two girls. Reports say 17-year-old Joseph Bailey is accused of assaulting one girl when she was in the seventh grade and when she was 16.
He’s also accused of assaulting another 16-year-old and asking other girls for topless photos. He’ll return to court next month.
