It’s a seller’s market in Wisconsin right now.
The state’s Realtors Association says while fewer homes are on the market, the price for those homes that are available is going up. Realtors say the average price for a home in Wisconsin topped 200-thousand-dollars last month. But home sales are down. The Wisconsin Realtors Association says sales dropped almost 10-percent last month. June is supposed to be the busiest month of the year for home sales.
