The man who kidnapped Jayme Closs and killed her parents is no longer in a Wisconsin prison.
The Department of Corrections says they transferred Jake Patterson on Monday, he had been at the prison in Waupun. DOC officials say they moved Patterson for his own safety, but they are not saying where Patterson is now serving his life sentence.
