A car chase suspect is in custody thanks to good ole mother nature.
The Rusk County sheriff says Justin Neiderman ran from law enforcement in Ingram Wednesday night after they tried to stop him for a traffic violation. The sheriff says Neiderman ran from deputies for over 25 miles through Northeast Rusk County. He was finally stopped and arrested after his car got stuck in a swamp on a logging road.
