Eau Claire’s former regional arts director is ready to plead guilty in his sexual assault case.
Prosecutors say Ben Richgruber is due in court next week to change his plea. He originally pleaded not guilty to third-degree sexual assault charges back in August. He’s accused of having unwanted sex with someone in his office. The district attorney’s office is not saying what charges Richgruber will plead guilty to.
