An 18-year-old received his first OWI over the weekend.
It was on Saturday just before noon when a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped 18-year-old Michael Thomas Green, from Milwaukee, for a speed violation of 86mph in a 70mph zone. After a standardized field sobriety test was conducted. Green was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Green had an adult passenger and a 16-month-old child in the vehicle with him.
