There’s some fear that Wisconsin’s worker shortage will only get worse over the next 15 years.
The group, Forward Analytics, is out with a new report that suggests the state is not doing enough to keep or attract young workers to the state. The group says without more young workers, there won’t be enough people to fill the jobs that will be left empty by retiring baby boomers.
