The parents of a newborn boy are facing charges in connection to his death.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Department says officers were notified Saturday by the Marshfield Medical Center about a possible missing newborn. He was found in a plastic bag in the vehicle of his 19-year-old father Allen Rice. Rice and the infant’s mother, 22-year-old Marylinn Feher, both face child neglect causing death charges and a homicide charge may be added against the mother.
