DRUG BUST LEADS TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING VICTIMS

The Eau Claire Sheriff’s office says a number of human trafficking victims have come forward since a recent drug bust.

Charles Page and Mark Scoville were arrested last month during the bust and deputies say there was evidence of human trafficking in two homes.  Deputies say since then at least three victims have come forward as victims connected to the suspects.  The sheriff’s office is encouraging anyone else who may have been a victim in the case to come forward.
