A man suspected of stealing money from people after promising to complete contract work around Eau Claire is facing new accusations.
James Dorsey was originally charged with misdemeanor theft by fraud but new complaints filed yesterday detail him stealing thousands of dollars from another person after he forced them to make down payments for work he never completed.
The original complaint came from a woman who claims Dorsey was supposed to remove snow from her roof for 600 dollars but never did.
