A Shawano County woman is facing multiple charges including drug delivery for allegedly giving out drug-laced cookies at a St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Cops say Cathleen Krause was visibly intoxicated when an officer approached her at the Wescott parade over the weekend. She produced a gallon-sized bag of cookie crumbs and police also found gummy candy on her. Both tested positive for marijuana.
