Milwaukee police are entering their fifth day of searching for a missing little girl.
Police yesterday said they think two-year-old Noelani Robinson may be staying with a relative out of state. Police arrested her father, Dariaz Higgins, Wednesday afternoon, but say she was not with him. Higgins is charged with killing the little girl’s mother, then kidnapping her.
