There are two ways to look at the report from the Wisconsin Elections Commission that confirms 24 people committed voter fraud last November.
You can say that only 24 of the two-point-seven-million people who voted last fall committed a crime. Or you can say that election managers confirmed that some people voted twice, some felons voted, and even someone who is not in this country legally was able to cast a ballot.
