An Altoona man is in custody and charged with multiple child sex crimes.
A criminal complaint claims 25-year-old William Lewis posted an ad online looking for sex and an Altoona police officer posed as a 14-year-old girl and planned to meet with him. When the two met Williams was arrested. He’s charged with attempted child sexual assault, child enticement, and use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime.
