Alternate-side
parking is in effect in Eau Claire until this afternoon. Until five
o’clock cars will only be able to park on the side of the street with even
numbered addresses. Then from midnight until the same time tomorrow, cars
will only be able to park on the side of the street with odd numbered addresses
for snow removal.
