House Speaker Paul Ryan says he doesn’t know what’s next for him as he leaves Congress to return to his home in Janesville. In a farewell address at the Library of Congress today, Ryan said House Republicans have kept their promises to the American people. The Wisconsin Republican cited economic growth, tax cuts and efforts to make the military stronger. Ryan announced earlier this year that he would not seek re-election.
