A Dunn County man who was shot by police is pleading guilty to burglary and fleeing from deputies. Police say 23-year-old Reese Diesterhaft led them on a chase through Dunn and Eau Claire Counties back in August that ended with him stepping out of his vehicle with a weapon.
A deputy shot and wounded Diesterhaft but he survived his injuries. He will be sentenced on February 12th.
